FAQ

Common questions

What is Drakonsynth?

Drakonsynth is an independent web-based trading tool. It provides charting, watchlists, order tools, position and order views, and market context in one workspace.

Does Drakonsynth handle my money or hold my assets?

No. Drakonsynth does not accept deposits, custody cash or securities, clear trades, or hold your brokerage account. Your account, funds, and assets remain with your brokerage provider. Orders are transmitted only at your direction through your linked account.

Which brokerage accounts are supported?

Alpaca is the currently supported brokerage integration. General customer onboarding is not yet available, and Drakonsynth does not open or maintain brokerage accounts.

Is Drakonsynth a broker-dealer or investment adviser?

No. Drakonsynth is a software tool, not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, fiduciary, custodian, or discretionary account manager. It does not provide investment advice or recommendations. You make your own trading decisions and are responsible for every order you place.

How does account connection work?

Brokerage connection access is not yet available for general customer onboarding. The current OAuth connection is limited to the designated owner and Paper account verification; Drakonsynth does not yet use OAuth for terminal, market-data, streaming, or order activity. Manual credentials remain an owner development and testing fallback.

What can I trade through Drakonsynth?

When terminal access is available, Drakonsynth supports stocks and cryptocurrency where the connected account and brokerage integration permit them. Availability depends on the account, asset, and applicable provider rules.

Does Drakonsynth make trades on its own?

No. Drakonsynth does not submit orders without an action you initiate. You remain responsible for reviewing order details, choosing when to trade, and managing the risks of your account.

What can I do in the Drakonsynth terminal?

You can view charts, track positions and pending orders, manage a watchlist, review news and market activity, and submit supported orders from one workspace.

What order types does Drakonsynth support?

Drakonsynth supports market, limit, stop, stop-limit, scaled, and Quick order workflows where available for the selected asset and account. Available choices can vary by asset class and market conditions.

Can I manage open orders from the terminal?

Yes. Drakonsynth shows open orders and positions so you can review them in context and take supported actions such as canceling an open order or closing a position.

What market information does Drakonsynth show?

The terminal combines price charts, account context, positions, orders, watchlists, news, and Time and Sales. Market-data availability depends on the connected account and data-feed access.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access remains available until then.

Is Drakonsynth affiliated with or endorsed by its brokerage integration provider?

No. Drakonsynth is independently developed and operated. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by any brokerage integration provider, and those providers are not responsible for Drakonsynth.

Ready to link your brokerage account?

Drakonsynth is not a broker-dealer or investment adviser and does not provide investment advice. Trading involves risk of loss.
